| Description: PADMan (freeware) gives access to an extensive free- and shareware library that includes descriptions, program information, screenshots and naturally a download option. PADMan offers actual data from the internet resulting in the latest program versions and a permanently growing library. The layout can be filtered, formatted, printed and reworked with MS-Word. An included offline reader saves cost and offers the user the possibility to publish his own library (English / German).Mittels PADMan kann jeder Windows-Anwender mit Internet-Zugang auf eine umfangreiche Free- und Shareware-Bibliothek zugreifen, d.h. Programmbeschreibungen in mehreren Sprachen lesen, Programminformationen einsehen, Screenshots betrachten und natürlich die eigentlichen Programm-Downloads durchführen. Dabei erhält er stets topaktuelle Daten, die permanent durch PADMan aus dem Internet neu anfordert werden. Auch der Bibliotheksumfang wird über das Internet aktualisiert. Die Ausgabe der Programm-Infos kann gefiltert und formatiert werden. Auch der Ausdruck ist möglich sowie die Weiterverarbeitung z.B. in MS-Word, was für Redakteure interessant sein dürfte. Durch den integrierten Offline-Reader spart man Kosten, indem erst offline eine Auswahl der Programme getroffen wird, für die man sich interessiert, um deren Infos dann kompakt aus dem Internet zu beziehen. Anschließend ließt man sich die Programmbeschreibungen in Ruhe offline durch. Wer Lust hat kann mit einem Minimalbedarf an Webspace auch eigene Bibliotheken aufbauen, pflegen und veröffentlichen. Dieses neue Konzept der Puplikation ist durch PAD (Portable Application Documentation), der neue Standard für Software-Autoren zur Veröffentlichung ihrer Programme, möglich geworden. Dies bedeutet aber auch, daß PADMan nur Programme in seine Bibliotheken aufnehmen kann, die diesen Standard unterstützen und deren PAD-File Standorte bekannt sind (PAD-Files sind xml-Dokumente, in denen die Programm-Infos enthalten sind). PADMan ist Multi-Lingual. Z.Z. sind englisch und deutsch verfügbar, er kann aber durch den Anwender selbst in jede andere Landessprache übersetzt werden.QeepIt è stato progettato per gestire notizie (appunti) ed altre cose da fare, rapidamente senza dover premere numerosi pulsanti ed eseguire altre operazioni difficili. Possiamo dimenticare carta e penna per scrivere i nostri appunti in tempo reale quando siamo per esempio al telefono. In seguito è possibile definire la priorità dell'appunto, quelli più importanti mettiamo al primo posto. La presentazione di una maschera permette utilizzare QeepIt come un programma di banca dati piccolo e maneggevole per gestire indirizzi, libri, riviste, vocaboli e molte altre cose. Le informazioni contenute possono essere ricercate con una semplice, ma molto potente funzione di ricerca. Finora è disponibile nelle lingue tedesco, inglese, italiano. |
