| Description: Take control of all of the event logs in your Microsoft Windows NT/2000 domain(s). Running as a central service on a single server, Event Archiver Enterprise acts as your dedicated event log adminstrator, clearing and consolidating your logs on a daily/weekly schedule, or simply when the log is about full. Event Archiver can automatically consolidate your event log entries into a variety of formats, such as EVT, text, Access, and ODBC, allowing you to do cross-computer analysis. EVT and TXT files can be moved automatically to a central UNC file share. Deployment in a large domain only takes minutes using a step-by-step wizard - there are no clients that need to be installed on your workstations or servers. In addition, you can use Event Archiver to unify audit policies across stand-alone servers and workstations in your domain(s). Three steps in a wizard is all it takes to push deploy a unified auditing strategy. Furthermore, you can use the same technology to unify event log file sizes and retention policies.
