| Description: The program NewName Pro makes it possible to rename (number/character ending, replace/insert sign series, change file extension, ...) and sort files, to change the file attributes (date, time, readonly, ...) quickly and easily. It is
also possible to make or edit id3 tags of mp3-files and you can create and save directory structures.
Even the information stored in *.mp3 and *.ttf files can be used to rename the files. For example you can use the songtitle and artist stored in the id3 tag to create a new filename or you can use the stored name of a truetype font as new filename. The source files can get a new name and can be moved to another directory at the same time. If you have renamed a wrong file you can undo only right after rename action. If the source files shouldn't be changed it is possible to make copy and to save the copy with the new name in another directory. The renaming of directories is possible too.
A preview and an undo function are integrated as well.
The interface can be displayed in dutch, english, german and spanish.
Sorting of files:
The files can be sorted after the first symbol of their filename, after a containing symbol series, their filetype
or their filesize (size interval). The sub directories could be involved as well.
Change file attributes:
The filedate, the filetime and the file attributes can be changed. Either for single files or for groups of files.
ID3 Tags:
It is possible to rename the files with the help of the information saved in the id3 tags or to sort them after the artists saved in the id3 tag. The id3 tags can be edited as well.Das Programm NewName Pro ermöglicht es Dateien umzubenennen (hierfür stellt das Programm eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, wie z.B. Seriennamen, Veränderung der Groß-/Kleinschreibung, Zeichen
ersetzen, Zeichen einsetzen, Dateinamen kürzen), zu sortieren, Dateiattribute (Datum, Uhrzeit, Schreibschutz, ... ) zu ändern sowie ID3 Tags von MP3-Dateien zu editieren oder auch zu erstellen.
Auch die in *.mp3 und *.ttf Dateien gespeicherten Informationen können für das Umbenennen herangezogen werden. So kann z.B. aus dem im ID3 Tag gespeicherten
Namen des Songtitels und des Interpreten ein neuer Dateiname zusammengesetzt werden und aus den *.ttf Dateien kann man den gespeicherten TrueType Font-Namen als neuen Dateinamen verwenden. Das Umbenennen von Ordnern wird auch unterstützt.
Durch die integrierte Vorschaufunktion ist es möglich schon vor dem Umbenennen der Dateien einen Eindruck vom Aussehen der neuen Dateinamen zu bekommen.
Desweiteren besteht die Möglichkeit Ordnerstrukturen/-serien zu erstellen und zu speichern. |
