| Description: To help you feel calm and relaxed we have prepared for you two guided deep relaxation exercises which you can listen to immediately on your PC.
You will also receive by regular mail the Managing My Life: Deep Relaxation Deep Exercises CD which you will be able use on a normal CD player. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. The price includes shipping and handling charges.
We suggest you listen to the first audio-track at least once daily, preferably first thing in the morning, or alternatively, at the same time every day, before dinner.
The second audio-track "Deep Relaxation and Sleep" can be used to help you sleep. You can use it while you are in bed just before beginning your sleep. You can also use it in bed if you wake up and are having problems sleeping again.
