Quick AVI Splitter has a free Video image capture function. You can capture any frame of the AVI Video file to an image file. The image can be BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, PCX, WMF, EMF, TGA, PNG, RAS, J2K formats.
Quick AVI Splitter can export AVI Video file with specified Video frame rate, Video frame size, audio formats and audio channel. It can export AVI Video file with high speed and best quality. And it's easy to use and user friendly.
