| Description: Public Duplicate Eraser is a powerful addin for Microsoft Outlook, Exchange and Public ShareFolder that remove duplicate mail, contact, calendar and task items. This addin for Outlook is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. You can save all settings, so for the next search for duplicate items, you do not need to configure the settings again. Public Duplicate Eraser search also across different folders for dupes. If you have the same email address or contact information in different contact folders of Outlook, Public Duplicate Eraser will find this duplicates. As special for serial mails or mail merge, this function is very helpful to avoid your mailing to send the same email a few times to the same receiver. You can manage individual “Comparison criteria”. Every type of folder (Contact, tasks, email etc.) have different Comparison criteria. Public Duplicate Eraser supports this different criteria’s. You can delete automatically the list of dupes or you can confirm the deletion manually for every single duplicate item. If you manage different Task folders for different users, you can search for duplicate tasks for different users. The search across folders for duplicate items is much more then a simple duplicate search function. Public Duplicate Eraser is easy to handle and easy to install. It is a helpful addin for Outlook, Public ShareFolder and Exchange server to find all kind of duplicate entries in your Microsoft Outlook folders. For all types of Outlook folders you only need one tool to find and remove your duplicates. Microsoft Outlook must no be open.
