The issue is that our consciousness is complex and many-sided structure, separate parts of which are deeply interconnected, therefore it is impossible to change a part of it: changing something in our consciousness we change all - including the desire to change something. How this issue can be solved?
You cannot avoid procrastination simply having forbidden to yourselves in it because elimination of consequence does not solve a problem. It is ought to change ourselves not outside but inside, we must understand ourselves. The self-knowledge is a single way to self-development. However trying to understand inner issues we use same issues as means for decide them. It is impossible to get out from this loop without a mirror - an external support which independently estimates our actions. Opinions of other people are a unique source which does not depend on our inner issues.
