Auktionsdesign
Erstellen Sie einen Artikel, den Sie später anbieten und verwenden Sie dazu einen Wizzard, der Sie schnell und einfach zu einem brillanten Ergebnis führt. Wählen Sie eine von zahlreichen Vorlagen oder benutzen Sie eigene Vorlagen mit Ihrem individuellen Design. Laden Sie bis zu vier Bilder auf den Bilderserver von Z-Dev und sparen Sie die Gebühren für den kostenpflichtigen Bilderservice bei eBay.
Mails
Auktionatrix übernimmt die Verwaltung des Postfaches und ordnet die eingehenden Mails den laufenden Auktionen und abgeschlossenen Käufen zu. Bestätigungen nach Kauf, Zahlungseingang und Versand werden über standardisierte Texte mit einem simplen Mausklick versendet.
Auktionsdaten
Natürlich hat Auktionatrix Zugang zur Datenbank von eBay, stellt nicht nur die Auktionen ein sondern holt auch alle Daten von Käufern direkt ab. Das gilt sowohl für die Kontaktadresse als auch die Lieferanschrift. Tippfehler gehören damit der Vergangenheit an.
Auktionsstatus
Während den laufenden Auktionen können Sie sich jederzeit informieren, wieviele Gebote abgegeben wurden, aber auch, bei wie vielen Interessen Ihr Angebot auf der Merkliste steht und wie oft das Angebot bereits gesichtet wurde.
Bei abgeschlossenen Auktionen haben Sie die Möglichkeit der Filterung nach unbezahlten, bezahlten, nicht gelieferten und gelieferten Artikeln.
Service
Das Smart-Update erlaubt den kostenlosen Zugriff auf Updates für die Dauer von einem Jahr. Ebenfalls kostenlos sind Hotline-Anfragen per Mail. |
