| Description: CoolZipBackup is a backup program, that backups your important data fast, secure and space efficient. CoolZipBackup is no imager, that backups your complete hard drive including all that masses of unimportant data. You can choose the folders and documents to backup by yourself. And if you are not completely sure, where your important documents resides: no problem - CoolZipBackup has an build-in assistant, who knows the common places and helps you to choose the right folders and to create your backup list. It is an ease to extend this list and keep it up to date. Just choose "add to backup" from the context menu of a new created folder, that is important for you. And the next time the backup runs, this folder is included. More features of CoolZipBackup are: simple handling, high usability because of an innovative dialog system, that help you on the spot; backup of registry keys too; space-saving because of zip-compatible Compression, alternatively you can integrate other external zip programs like WinRAR to make .rar-Archives; time and space-saving because of successive backups, CoolZipBackup is able to make differential and incremental backups; protection of confidential data by encryption (Windows XP (PkZip 2.0) compatible or very more secure with AES (Rijndael) with up to 256 bit key length (WinZip® 9-compatible)); automatic backups (compatible with windows task scheduler), remind service for backups; futhermore features are: automatically execution of program files before shutdown; changeable program task priority, so you continue with work while a backup is done; support of network drives; detailed log files; command line support for batch automatism. |
