Paragon CD-ROM Emulator is a pioneering software program that emulates virtual drives and CDs exceeding performance of standard physical drives up to 200x. No more hassles swapping CDs all day long. Just emulate and run up to 23 applications simultaneously – everywhere and everytime - without the CDs.
Virtual CDs are just files on your hard disk – no possibility to loose, no dust, no scratches or rifts, no need to search for necessary CD title. CD-ROM Emulator can create up to 23 virtual CD-drives. Due to original emulation technology virtual devices are treated by every application and even operating system as usual physical CD-drive. With so many virtual CD-drives you can simultaneously work with several CD-based applications (e.g. encyclopedia, maps, games, dictionaries, translators etc.) and even listen to favorite music.
You can create virtual CD images in different ways: copy the contents of real CD-ROM or DVD-ROM (almost all formats are supported) or compose your own CD from selected files and folders.
