| Description: The Calendar Planner combines a complete calendaring solution with unique scheduling and productivity features. Organize all your events in multiple folder levels. Point and click and drag and drop to easily create and schedule your events, tasks and resources; instantly see what has and has not been scheduled. Choose the row position, size and style of items and show or hide items or entire folders with a click. Add notes to days and items and print a full notes report with your calendar. Use existing templates or modify and create your own. Access 1-4 week, 1 month and 4-month views, as well as a scalable day view. Also includes: reminders, customizable views, push or pull schedule, manage off days, item linking, project phase tracking, share and combine calendars, find, go to and item filtering. For personal and small to large business plans, including; marketing, manufacturing, staffing, events, trade shows, education and curriculums, medical, anytime a visual plan is useful. |
