| Description: Contentsmartz Mail Sender Express Pro is a powerful targeted e-mail sender software. It is a business-mail sender program that allows you to organize your huge mailing lists in groups and uses email content filters to make mass mailings simpler. Email Sender Express Pro manages your mass mailing lists by defining groups of targeted customers. One can easily add, delete, copy-paste, and modify recipients of different emailing groups. It's unique facility to enable or disable individual recipients within a mailing group for receiving specific emails makes it easy to handle subscriptions. You can easily import e-mail addresses from a single file (.txt and .csv files) or from a directory. Addresses of selected groups can be exported to .txt files or .csv files on a user's system. You can import e-mail addresses from Outlook Express Address Book to the software and vice-versa. You can also send messages composed using Outlook Express Email Editor. Email content filter facility allows users to disable the barred recipients from reciving further mail. You can assign a dynamic variable to denote a recipient’s name. The variable gets replaced automatically with the name of the subscriber while sending messages. You can access status reports of mailings done. It tells the user about the success or failure of message delivery. All failure messages are denoted with reason of failure. Its an easy-to-use utility to run email campaigns for mass advertising or targeted direct bulk email marketing.
