| Description: Essential Taceo is an e-mail and document security software solution that provides easy-to-use content protection and access control over outbound messaging and file storage. Taceo is a fraction of the cost of most enterprise solutions, enabling small business owners and individuals to securely distribute sensitive email messages and documents while protecting the privacy, integrity and authenticity of their intellectual property and information.
Taceo provides authoring rights to over 30 common file types, securing your e-mail and attachments from unauthorized forwarding, copy, paste, print and screen capture. Integration with Outlook allows senders to apply access rights controls and encryption to outbound content, with no need for key or password exchange. Users can also apply encryption and access expiration times to email and documents, enabling completely private correspondence between sender and recipients. Additional authoring controls are available within the advanced application, such as adding comments or signature lines to files. Multiple recipient groups may be designated, as well as multiple timelines to assign particular access rights. Remote laptop security checks enable users to deny access to Taceo protected content from another computer in case of a lost or stolen laptop or computer.
Taceo allows unlimited authoring control over any file size, enabling secure delivery of multi-page documents with access controls applied and enforced, no matter where they travel. Support of popular file types including Microsoft Office documents, PDF, GIF, TIFF, JPEG and more give users the power to exchange information securely without disrupting workflow. Peer-to-peer architecture eliminates the need for costly server licenses, and facilitates the receipt of secure content beyond the firewall. Anyone with a PC can download Taceo for free for full viewing rights to e-mail content that is secured with Taceo. |
