| Description: Recently, email has become a growing concern for both corporations and home users. Corporations want to protect their email servers from hackers and SPAM relaying, and with ISP's turning off the use of port 25 (default port for the SMTP protocol) for home users, it has become apparent that the use of port forwarding is quickly coming into demand.
Oxigen's SMTP Port Forward is protected from outside attacks. Because the only purpose of this software is specifically designed to only accept and pass off an email to the end point server, SMTP Port Forward accepts a small variety of commands which only allows the email to be forwarded to its destination. If the destination domain does not exist within your active domain settings, it is automatically discarded as SPAM. |
