The viewing hierarchies are dynamic, which means that you can choose a view according to your needs for browsing. M-Files is safe. It protects documents from accidental changes. Any modifications can be undone later, and previous document versions are available at all times. M-Files eliminates problems caused by simultaneous editing. M-Files locates documents in seconds. All you have to do is to type in a word and you will instantly see all related documents. It frees you from the concept of location. All documents can be made available to a workgroup or an organization regardless of the user location. The user interface is closely integrated into the Microsoft Windows operating system.
