| Description: DBF is a popular database file format that is used by systems made with DBase, FoxPro, VisualFoxPro, etc. Instead of waiting for a dangerous virus, a system crash or a sudden Tsunami that may damage my DBF files, I decided to take preventive actions. I tested several DBF recovery products. Most of them worked well, recovering a file
that I damaged manually by opening it in a text editor and typing some garbage into it. But when I deleted the header, it turned into a significantly more difficult task for recovery programs. Usually, such programs start to query you about the lost file structure.
DBF Recovery from HiBase Group was intelligent enough to recover the lost file header by analyzing the remaining file. This is why I prefer it to other similar restoration utilities.
