- remove remarks
- remove white space characters
- exclude CARRIAGE RETURN and LINE FEED characters from processing
- change variables' and function's names to shorter ones
Protection
- change variables' and function's names to random ones
- pack Java Script code as a long line
- encrypt Java Script code all at once or as separate functions
Maximum compatibility and reliability
- separate and co- process HTML files, external and embed Java scripts
- include/exclude string constants from processing
- include/exclude variables' and functions' names from processing
