Once saved, no internet connection is required to access them. You can export saved website to CD, archive, CHM and into stand alone executable file (E-book). The content you want to browse offline it will be saved by WebCloner from HTTP, HTTPS or FTP websites even if the areas you want to download are password protected. It parses (D)HTML, CSS, JS file types. You can password protect saved content so nobody will be able to browse it without your consent.
