| Description: TotalReflection is not just an application to show the binary contents of windows based executable modules. It is the application that designed to help in developing robust well operating windows based components, services and applications. It greately safes the time of analysing huge number of common errors and learning the dependencies, contents and code of system's libraries and all other binary modules.
Current version of TotalReflection can operate with all kinds of windows based executable modules:
- Systems and third party dll-libraries.
- Executable modules.
- COM and ActiveX components.
- Services.
It displays the contents of all sections than make up the module, for each section it provides:
- The size of the section.
- The file offset of the section, that allows you to quickly locate the section inside the disk file.
- The virtual offset of the section, that allows you to quickly locate the section inside the loaded module.
- The name of the section, that allows you to knew if there is a section with appropriate name in the file.
The information stored in main headers of a binary file are provided with a full description and explanation of all values. It allows you to understand the meaning and importance of each field that make up headers of the module. If you just started to look inside of the executable modules you will not be confused with uknown and fogged numbers and values from it, because for each value and every field you will get detailed description.
Being designed to be much usefull the TotalReflection can create a report file for you to allow you to analyze the contents of the module later or include it in your report or presentation.
TotalReflection support modules compiled in all compilers that can produce the windows based modules and support reading delay loaded modules. |
