| Description: The Gifts of Love Donor Tracking Database is the perfect solution for Non-Profit Shelters, Charities or any organization which accepts donations to finance it's operation. This program is easy to use and very vesitale in it's ability to keep track of donations, both cash and gift-in-kind.
The user interface is an easy to use table view program. You can also view your information in list view simply by selecting the List icon on the menu strip. There is also a menu on the left side of the interface for easy access to the most important features.
Features:
1. Add donations and the donations are automatically totaled for Last Amount donated, Last Donation Date, All Time Amount and Amount donated this year.
2.) Add Gift-In-Kind donations
3.) Export Donors for mail-merge in your favorite Text Program.
4.) Export Donor and DonationGIK information for Thank You mail merge.
a.) Exports New Donors to Separate file. Useful for sending special letter to new donors only.
5.) Generate Reports to track your donors giving.
6.) Compact and Repair Database.
7.) Backup Database.
8.) Use codes to select only the donor info you want.
9.) 3 Address fields for long address's
10.) Auto-Increment ID Number field.
11.) Full Featured Word Processor with Auto-Mail Merge for Thank you Letters.
12.) Auto-Merge Large Address and Small Return Address Labels for Thank you Envelopes.
