You do not have to invoke a whole other program to change MP3 bitrate. Simply right click on MP3, select "Convert to MP3"! As easy as 1, 2, 3! What is a MP3? MP3 stands for MPEG 1 (Motion Picture Experts Group) Layer 3. The power of MP3 files lies in their ability to store music and audio using substantially less memory than other formats.
