| Description: A new approach to project planning and team work management focused on variety of real life situations. Supports comprehensive project planning including multiple scenarios, real time team work management and detailed dynamic business analysis. Controls hundreds of people in hundreds of projects in real time, supports multilevel decision making on the project execution path and allows permanent integration with external partners.
The key advantage of Team@Work against similar web based real-time work flow management and business planning systems is the ability to develop and run complex business schemes with many branches and complex conditions that meet different business situations. In such a way Team@Work supports not only a single fixed scenario of the work flow scheme, but allows to define many parallel plans and let the authorized team members to switch between plans, and control the project's workflow in real time according to the concrete case and their rights and competence: from simple redirection to the correct work flow branch up to general start/continue/stop decisions for the whole project. Thus a multilevel decision making and real-time control over the projects are intrinsically integrated in Team@Work.
Another key advantage of Team@Work s that all built-in business analysis techniques are prepared automatically in real time. The managers can receive Gantt charts containing both planned and actual execution times for every running project. The Critical Path of running projects is also evaluated automatically in real time and is presented to all managers and team members involved in the project.
Team@Work suite includes: Server, Designer for creating work flow schemes, Task Manager for handling everyday tasks, Reports for generation reports and business analysis, Control Center for system administration and database management and Web Application for Internet access to task lists. |
