| Description: TimeSheet provides you another perspective for successfull project management. You can track the resources allocated to a project and the time spent by these resources on doing various tasks on the project. It facilitates you in optimizing your resources and enables you to compare actual time spent versus the plans and helps you in better future planning and execution.
Time Sheet 1.0 is a web based product. You can install it anywhere in your network and provide access to your users through there internet browsers. You can define your resources and projects, and assign various resources to different projects and define project managers for these projects. Your resources can fill in their timesheets on daily basis and can monitor their own performance as well. The project manager has access to various reports as well as individual time sheets of all resources. These reports include Project Summaries, Project Details, Employee Summaries (periodic), Employee Wise Project Summaries, Project-Wise Employee Summaries etc. |
