| Description: Bopup Communication Server is a secure messaging suite designed to build an efficient private communication over any size networks. The server answers most of the critical business needs such as centralized management, Active Directory (LDAP) support, message logging. It can be easily deployed over a business infrastructure to unite all company's offices and other locations into one internal IM workspace with a control over messaging groups, user permissions to view others and send messages, message archive with printing support.
Because the server keeps and delivers offline messages users never lost information they should receive. Messaging is encrypted with strong algorithms so personal and group conversations are safe and secure even messages sent via Internet. Users may send messages with text formatting, links and graphic emotions (smileys), organize their personal Contact Lists and access the contacts from any workplace and see who is online and available to communicate. Client software can be configured on the server for the Confirmation Mode means that the client pops-up every time on a new message and keeps window on top until user confirms the message.
In additional to all Bopup Communication Server is fast to deploy and easy to use. It has great and flexible user interface and comes with the built-in messaging system for scheduled and planned user notifications. Client instant messengers can be easily installed and distributed via Group Policies with support for pre-installed settings. |
