| Description: Shopping cart software for catalogs and CGI. Insert cart controls into existing pages or create new catalogs. One-time licence fee. CGI on your server or on our server for a nominal monthly fee. In-built payment gateways for Verisign, WorldPay and others. Catalogs in different formats. Unlimited number of products and catalogs per site. No limit to the number of own domains. Dynamic catalog option by using product file on the server. Simple product datafile format. Categories and sub-categories possible. Selectable properties with variable pricing for different options. Up to three separate tax calculations. Shipping rates calculated as flat charge per order, flat charge per unit or variable charge based on weight via online interface to UPS rate calculator. Price, tax and delivery calculations. Configurable templates for CGI-generated pages and catalogs. CGI is customizable for functions not available as default. CGIs can run on the normal server up to the point of payment desk and then switch to secure server. Mandatory fields checking. No programming knowledge required. Supports UNIX, NT and Windows webservers. Ninety-days free technical support. Customizations for specific functions by WebGenie at nominal cost. Free evaluation version works through WebGenie's server and lets you make and test a catalog in less than 5 minutes. The product file (sample included with the program) can be maintained as an Excel sheet and saved as Tab-delimited text file. Can have category names to treat products in one category separate from others. The cart controls can be inserted into existing pages next to product description. Possible to use inline hypertext link to connect a product to the shopping cart. The CGI sends the order as an email. With some modification the mail can be stored on the server and a notification sent to you. Will re-route order email through WebGenie's server if there is any problem in sending the mail via your server. Personal tech support via email. |
