| Description: Smart Tracker- Personal edition is a free software tool which allows you to track any issues ( be it defects in products, complaints about service, or any of your mundane things which requires tracking and closure). This software pops up warnings in case if the task is not completed on time. It also allows one to measure the progress made in each of the activities.
Smarttracker functions as a plugin for the Smartworks family of Application suite. It seamlessly integrates with other plugins (like Netmanr) to provide a better way of managing helpdesk requests.
Smarttracker becayse of it's customizability lends itself for use under various departments in an organization such as marketing, purchase and engineering.
Smarttracker-PE is a freeware.
Smarttracker-Professional has a 50 user license and is suitable for small to mid sized organizations. It is priced at US$ 499.
Smarttracker-Enterprise is asingle site unlimited user edition and is suitable for organizations who have more than 50 PCs in their LAN. It is priced at US$999. |
