| Description: Although you can save contacts in vCard, you can’t convert unlimited PST contacts in one go. MS Outlook has no option for unlimited PST Contacts conversion. But if you successfully convert into vCard, you can access them anywhere. vCard file format is the most preferable file format by many email client and mobile devices. SysTools vCard Export converts Outlook Contacts to vCard easily. You can easily access your Outlook Contacts into vCard, Outlook Express and MS Excel. SysTools vCard Export is a user friendly tool to Convert Unlimited PST Contacts into VCF, Outlook Express and MS Excel. SysTools vCard format can be used with the wide variety of digital device like ipod, cell phone. The detailed steps will simplify the conversion process.
1. Go to start menu -> program -> SysTools vCard Export
2. If you want to export contacts from some other PST file then choose Select Other Outlook File, after that click on the Browse button and select Outlook PST file
3. Choose or select Outlook PST file and Click on Open button.
4. Click on "Scan Outlook Contacts" button
5. Display "Select Folder"
6. Now Choose the PST file -> click on Contacts folder of the selected PST file -> Click on OK.
7. Now vCard Export Software will display one message box showing number of contacts recovered after scanning the selected PST file
8. Start scanning
9. Click on "Save Contacts" button to convert Outlook contacts to vCard file, WAB file and MS Excel file from screen.
10. Choose the conversion format and click on "Start Conversion" button.
11. Browse and select the location where you want to save file
